Good product, bad service. Waited 4 months for one bed to be made and delivered.

Getting the item out of production exposed how bad you front end customer service is. After many, many attempts to get a delivery date none of your call centre staff would respond. Each time they would say they need to call the factory and that they will come back to me. After a while I soon realised that, that was a ploy to get rid of me and not deal with a reality that they knew from their side that the item would not make the delivery date promised.
I then asked to speak to a manager and only then did the truth come out that my item would not be delivered on time. Eventually, I was promised a completion date ...meanwhile, I'm sleeping on the floor because we moved into a new property expecting the bed to be ready and delivered.
Having been promised a production completion date I did not trust that your delivery team would be able to expedite delivery and for that reason I had to organise my own service to deliver the bed to me.
On Dec 22 I wrote to Classic designs requesting a refund for the delivery fee. When you opened for the new year, not one of your customer staff acknowledged or responded to my email and again I had to make a follow up call. I spoke to Jessica who promised to send me the link to process the refund. Jessica failed/ forgot/ did not bother to send the link. As before I called again and this time asked for Tanaka and she did follow through with the link.
While your products are great, your customer service is so appalling that it puts buyers off making further purchases and recommendations. I really had hoped that I would order more units from you for 4 other rooms but I couldn't even be bothered to consider your 10% discount offer that popped up with this review.
It will be interesting to see whether this review is a tick box exercise or one that you actually take seriously.
